Create An Account
Customers will be required to create an account with us before placing their order(s).
This is to ensure that every customer will be able to shop faster, receive updates on their orders, accumulate points, and even get insider deals!
Discount/Promotion Codes
The entry box can be found once you have filled up your relevant details. If you have a discount code you’d like to utilize, enter the code at the discount code box and press on ‘APPLY’, for the final sum to be reflected.
Purchasing with SuperGurl Store Credits
We allow returns for store credits for your first order and usage on your second order.
Store credits refund is valid for 6 Months and will not be valid for extension should you failed to utilised it before the expiry.
We strictly do not allow ‘re-cycling’ of store credits.
No Combination of Orders
We strictly do not allow any combination of orders.
This is to ensure that every order purchased has a specific tracking number that will be accounted for.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order(s) with us online, you will receive an invoice from us immediately via e-mail.
Upon receiving an invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 30-minute timeframe via your chosen method.
Your item(s) will not be secured until you check out your cart and have made the payment successfully.
Please also check your junk/spam inboxes in case any of our emails end up there.
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of confirmation.
We strictly do not allow cancellation or amendments to order once order confirmation have been sent to you.
Changing of Sizes & Colors
We would like to apologize that we do not allow any change of colors & sizes once your payment has been received.
Backorder Related Matters
What is a backorder?
A backorder is a ‘pre-order’ for popular/sold out products. There is a waiting time involved. To purchase any backorder, payment has to be received first.
When will my backorder arrive?
The estimated date of arrival at our warehouse will be stated on the product page, or otherwise under our ‘Backorder Status’ tab.
We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances, we can experience delays. If so, we will do our best to inform you as early as possible, of the new expected arrival dates.
How long will you take to dispatch my backorder?
Dispatch of backorder orders will be fulfilled within 2 – 3 working days upon arrival at our warehouse. We will strive our best to complete as many as we can.
No shipping combination for instock & backorder items
We regret to inform you that we strictly do not allow any shipping combination of any instock & backorder items.
This is to ensure that no human error will be made for dispatching two. or more, different items.
Changing of Sizes & Colors
We would like to apologize that we do not allow any change(s) of colors & sizes once your order & payment have been received.
Payment
As of 4th of October 2022, SUPERGURL currently only accepts payment via Shopcadapay (Credit/Debit cards/Amex), ATOME & your Store Credits.
Immediate Payment
All purchases are required to be paid immediately via Shopcadapay or ATOME once you have carted your purchases.
Please do not click “back”, cancel or refresh at any point as it will mean payments are not synced on our server, and your order may be cancelled.
Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s).
Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
Automatic Verification
All orders will be verified automatically by Shopcadapay or ATOME.
If you cart out with ATOME, you will also receive a separate email receipt from ATOME to double confirm that you have successfully placed your order with SuperGurl.
You may keep the email receipt for personal reference.
SuperGurl reserves all rights to reject any orders at our own discretion.
