How long will my order take to process?
Typically, once a package has been picked up by our courier company, it will take 1-3 working days to reach you.
Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

Kindly note that if your order consists of in-stock and backorder items, your in-stock items will be delivered via your preferred delivery method first.
Shipping charges will apply, depending on your selected delivery method(s).

How can I track my order?
You can track your order delivery status at NinjaVan by keying in your tracking ID sent you your email.

This is to ensure the safety of our staff and you. All orders will be fulfilled via courier delivery.

SUPERGURL ships internationally via Singpost & NinjaVan for Malaysia Order!
Shipping charges are auto-generated by the system according to the location of your country, and are measured by weight.

Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days , from the date of shipment.
However, parcels may experience custom delays that are beyond our control.

All international airmail parcels will include a tracking number, and you can track it on Singpost / NinjaVan.

Should there be any tax charges incurred, it will be borne by the customer.
